cellular connection only 3g mode on windows 10

My laptop model is HP "Folio 1040 G2" sim card supported. I installed the latest varsion driver for my cellular sim and my cellular connection has been activated too. but in my area 4g connection power is very low. for this reason most of the time 2G is activated instead  of 4g connection.

Is there any setting that I can set my cellular network mode only 3G like android phone?

about this you need to contact your mobile broadband ISP.

The only settings you can make on the laptop for what concerns the cellular network are those described in the guide I sent you previously. Go to Device Management> network adapters, click on your broadband module, then go to the Advanced properties and check if there is an option to force the connection in 3G mode.

I understand but Microsoft can do nothing about this, you have to contact your ISP and ask if it is possible to do what you want.

    Have you contacted your provider?

Thanks for replying. I have contacted  with my ISP. They said " If your laptop has function then possible only 3G mode. Like if  phone has function then possible otherwise not"
