    Hi Lesley,

    I am an independent advisor and a Microsoft user like you, and I would be happy to help you out with this.

    I have found a couple of following articles which may be helpful. Please note that it looks like a fairly hands-on repair that not everyone would be comfortable with and could void your warranty. I would recommend getting the printer looked at by a service technician. Error A1-4111 appears to indicate Actuator Motor Failure but may be different on your particular model.
