Hi 

I want to play Forza Horizon 4 but there is a problem

    Thanks for the detailed screenshots,

    looks like your Nvidia Graphics card is running without it's driver

    You should be able to get your driver here:

    https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

    If you are not sure of the model to select

    please do the following

    • right-click start (or type Windows key +x)
    • select devicemanager
    • press the arrow in front of Display adapters
    • double click the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
    • go to the details tab & change property dropdown to Hardware Ids

    return a screen shot of those values here or look them up with your favorite search engine that should point you in the right direction

    Thanks for the details of your machine, you have an Intel HD 4000 Graphics card, sorry to say but this card does indeed not support DirectX 12, (max 11.1 for as far I can see) 

    Your machine will need an upgrade to enable it to run the game.

    Also you are on a Enterprise version and your Enterprise may not allow.
