I have been buying windows since version 1. I still have my 20 floppy version of windows 95. I also have all my versions I bought outright. Windows XP was the best packaging...
Is there a program for poor people to get windows 10? After the crypto disaster I think Microsoft owes it to the people who have been supporters from day 1.

Hi Jerry,
unfortunately there is no any discount for old Windows users.
Microsoft continued free Windows 10 upgrade for people with disabilities till the beginning of 2018 instead 2016 but now this program is retired.
Unfortunately there is no way to buy Windows cheaper than standard price.
