    了解到您的情况，您可以尝试执行以下操作：

    1、如果是专业版，Windows+R打开运行，输入“gpedit.msc”回车，打开策略组，在策略组定位到"计算机配置 >管理模板 >Windows组件 >Windows Defender"

    查看“关闭Windwos defender”的配置，双击在属性中改为启用。

    2、如果没有策略组的话，可以试试新建一个相关注册表并设置键值，来开启或关闭Windows Defender。

    win+R后输入regedit，回车后进入注册表编辑器。定位到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender这个位置，在里面新建一个DWORD的项，命名为DisableAntiSpyware ，双击该项后值设为0为开启，1为关闭，看能否解决问题。

    注意：在更改注册表前对注册表进行备份。
