I have a Windows tablet. When I tried to turn it off today it wanted to update. I said okay, but now it has been stuck on "Restarting" for over 3 hours now and I can't even shut it off. I once saw a post with a combination of buttons to push at the same time to turn it completely off, but I can't find that now. That seemed like it did a hard reset in the past. Can you help?

What is the exact Make and Model No. of your Tablet?
Try pressing the Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a hard shut down, if that does not work, try pressing the Power Button and the Volume Down buttons together for 5 seconds . . .
It says "Unbounded" and the model is UB-15MS10. Pressing both buttons worked! Thanks so much!!
