Xbox 360 groove music saying: this message???

Its saying upload music to onedrive and then play it wherever you are on xbox, windows PC and tablet or phone. to get started go to onedrive.com and I am just confused??? But i don't know what to do???

    Yes I want to do this and how can i do this is there a video, step by step guide to help me put music on groove music from uploading it to onedrive on my Xbox 360 slim

    You have the option to upload your music library to the cloud using ondrive which allows you to play the song which you have on your PC on your other devices, if you wish.

    If you don’t want to do this then you can skip this step.
