My Images Are Showing Up As White "Pages"

All of my Images on my computer have the same look, what should I do?

    Hi

    My name is Darren; an Independent Consultant, I'm here to help you with your problem.

    1. Open File explorer > click on View tab, then Options > Change Folder and Search Options > View tab
    2. Uncheck the boxes of "Always show icons, never thumbnails" and "Show file icon on thumbnails."
    3. Click Apply and OK.
    4. Also in File Explorer, right click This PC > choose Properties > Advanced System Settings.
    5. On Advanced tab choose Settings tab > under Visual Effects check the box to Show Thumbnails instead of Icons
    6. Click Apply and OK.
    7. Restart your PC and check if the issue still persist.

    So I was able to follow your instructions until the "Advanced System Settings" Part the box to change the icons was already checked. I'm going to restart my computer, and get back to the files then, I appreciate your help.

    Right click a file that should be a picture and confirm the full file name by selecting Properties. What is shown here

    Is it the correct name with .jpg or similar.
