iTunes slow to load

iTunes is very slow to open.  It takes 5 to 10 minutes.  I'm using Windows 10 which is up to date.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled at least three times.  Still doesn't work.  Any suggestion on how to resolve the problem would be appreciated.
