Is the Wi-Fi network detected by your PC? Is the wi-fi network icon on the taskbar regular or does it have a yellow warning? Post the screenshot.

Open the Network and Sharing Center, click on Manage wireless networks, select and then remove all the wireless network profiles, then reconnect to your wi-fi network by correctly re-entering the wi-fi password that is set on the router.

Otherwise try to reset the network connections: Open CMD or PowerShell and run as administrator, copy and paste the following commands by pressing enter at the end of each command line:

    netsh winsock reset

    netsh int ip reset

    netsh advfirewall reset

Restart the pc at the end of all the commands.
