BLUE SCREEN WINDOWS 10 with "DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL"

Hello

I am teacher and need support on resolving this Blue screen message that I receive.

Message is followed with automatic restart of my device. After which all is fine until it happens again.

The "what was unsuccessful" message includes the file ipeaklwf.sys

Blue Screen happened 3 times and I noticed that all 2 times I was using the webex cisco meeting tool to hold lessons with my students, at the time of sharing my screen.

Would appreciate some support.

    Anna,

    As I thought just wanted to make sure though. The error you are facing is a known common error on HP laptops and has an easy fix. Please follow these steps:

    • First boot windows into Safe Mode. On how to boot windows in to safe mode please check this article;

    • In safe Mode navigate to Computer/Uninstall or Change a program,
    • Find the '' HP Velocity'' app and uninstall it,
    • Restart the PC to boot normally,
