I am trying to play Sims 4 but keep being told Msvcp140.dll is missing what do I do

    Hello,

    I'm your Independent Advisor for today. I know this can be frustrating, but don't worry. I'm here to figure this out for you.

    Please download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 for Windows:

    Then, restart the computer then try to run the game again.
