    Hi BillLandy,

I’m Rey, your Independent Advisor, and a Windows user, just like you.

I understand you are having trouble with the connection. Follow the steps below.

    1. Press Windows key + X, and select CMD in Admin.
    2. type these commands one by one, and hit enter every after the line command:

    ipconfig /release

    ipconfig /all

    ipconfig /flushdns

    ipconfig /renew

    netsh int ip set dns

    netsh winsock reset

    1. Restart pc.
    2. Click Start, search for Network and Sharing Center
    3. On the left pane, select Change adapter settings.
    4. Right-click on the primary network connection or the one being checked or green.
    5. Select Properties
    6. Highlight TCP/iPv4, and select Properties
    7. Tick "Use the following DNS server addresses

    and enter:

    Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8

    Alternative DNS server: 8.8.4.4

    1. Hit OK.

After these steps, check again and this should work. If not, let me know.

    Regards,
