    Hi Muhammed,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I'm an Independent Advisor and consumer of Microsoft products just like you. Let me help you with your concern.

    Try to update/reinstall the driver.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402844...

    Update the device driver

    1. In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.
    2. Select a category to see names of devices, then right-click (or press and hold) the one you’d like to update.
    3. Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
    4. Select Update Driver.

    Reinstall the device driver

    1. In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.
    2. Right-click (or press and hold) the name of the device, and select Uninstall.
    3. Restart your PC.
    4. Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

If the issue still persist after doing the above methods, download and install the Synaptics WBF Fingerprint Driver compatible with Window 10 64 bit using the link below. It is under Driver-Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices.
