Weird folder in Common Files?

So I was just giving my laptop a LOVELY spring cleaning when I came upon this folder in common files. I'm... super confused. I don't even know where to begin asking questions. The text documents were just gibberish and I didn't click past the opening screen of the applications. But one of the application's screens changed the second time I looked at it. It said these were modified in 2013? Created time maybe but modified? I'm not sure... my laptop isn't even two years old yet. Maybe I'm crazy. Also, I haven't touched this laptop in ages. Chromium randomly appeared and I already know she's a hot mess. That was my first warning sign that there was a problem.

    Hi

My name is Lee; an Independent Consultant, I'm here to help you with your problem.

Normally these files are generate by cache which mean , sometimes when u click on download and u select the run option which you do not save the files , so the pc will generate a temporary storage and store the installation,

You can feel free to remove them.

    Thanks

Haha I'd possibly end up ending it over to my phone anyway and I have cognitive dysfuntion. The less steps, the less pain, the less fog. I use snip all the time to make icon edits or take pictures of my WoW toons or Sims characters. Thank you though! ☺

This is a left-over of some automaticv update that did not get cleaned up properly. Nothing to worry about.

By the way - using a digital camera to take screen shot is stone age technology, mainly used by old people like me. The inbuilt screen camera snippingtool.exe is much easier to use and far more versatile!
