Error code 805a0190 & Microsoft account not open in my Lumia 540

Hello,

I have Lumia 540 window phone & always show error code 805a0190...not open store & not open Microsoft account in it .pls resolve my problem as soon as possible..pls give solution to resolve it .

    Windows Store app not working and micro soft account also not login so many times try but not working so what to do  restart also my phone still showed error code
