I connected to my laptop.  I can hear that device is connected, however, I cannot hear any sound when using various applications, i.e., Netflix, Lifesongs, Zoom meetings.  Any suggestions on what might be wrong.

I've checked and have the latest Bluetooth and Windows 10 drivers.

Are there any known issues between Wins 10 & Plantronics Voyager BT300?  Do I need to perhaps upgrade to a more recent version of Plantronics.

Hi there RoseFloyd, I will be your Independent Advisor for today, I hope we can both resolve your problem.

We need to uninstall the devices listed in the Device Manger under Sound or Audio.

Here is how to do it.

Here the steps to completely remove a Device off your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Win + X on Windows 10.

    Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry Sound Video and game Controllers . Right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You may need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device, and then click the Uninstall button.

    Step 5. Reboot the computer.

Please make sure to uninstall all including the Plantronics Voyager BT300 under Sound in the Device Manager then reboot.

After the reboot test the audio through your headset.

And also please make sure you download the latest Plantronics Hub Software for Windows.

yes, it's set to Plantronics output and input.  when the doggle is inserted into the usb, it states "pc connected".  However, no sound from applications.
