If I can make a few suggestions here....

If you have another computer available, can you plug the mouse into that and make sure that the buttons are functioning normally on a second computer?

Can you uninstall the HP drivers completely, reboot your computer and while rebooting, unplug the mouse. My recommendation would be to remove the software, and then open Device Manager, and then remove the device completely from the "Mice and other pointing devices" listing (see attached screenshot). Be sure to check the box to delete the driver. Then reboot.

    Oh, Thanks dude,

I tried the mouse in other computer and the same problem happened. So i googled HP PAVILION 300  and found a frame ware from hp website, downloaded it and it installed a new version of the driver (even though i tried that before from device manager-mouses-update driver but it didn't find it).

So yah thats the solution, download the new version of the driver from HP website or what ever is your mouse brand

What model mouse are you using? Also is this wired or wireless?

Hi there, I am an independent advisor and will be glad to assist you with this. Does this happen only in COD or does it happen while using other software in Windows also?
