Am downloading video files - MP4 - up to 15mb trying to send to contacts as email attachments.
Some contacts can playback but others are unable to open the files.
Need app to reduce size of these files so that all contacts can see them.
Information on MS apps that will enable this.

Windows 10 does not have the built-in functionality to reduce the size of MP4 files, you will need a 3rd party utility like the free version of Format Factory to make those files smaller . . .
Another option would be to open OneDrive in a web browser (https://onedrive.live.com/), then drag those MP4 files into the OneDrive page, and when they upload, right click them and choose Share - Copy Link, then Email that link to your contacts, then can then download those files . . .
