    Problem SOLVED !

After many hours of reading and trying, I solved the problem today.

The reason was that Kaspersky privacy protection was blocking the webcam.

I removed the protection to my webcam from software settings.

After that, I turned off the firewall protection for a short time and turned it back on.

One of these two things was causing the webcam to be blocked.

Everything is fine now and the problem is solved.

This way, I want to thank you for your time spent helping me.

    Best regards ,

    Hi Lee ,

Thank you for your intention to help me.

    1. There is no posibility to switch ON or OFF , it is build-in camera.
    2. I make test as you suggested. Nor work. It is only black screen.
    3. I have all updates in my OS .

Here are the screenshots for all 3 answer to your suggestions .

    Thanks again !!!

    Hi FILKOSKI,

My name is Lee and I'll be happy to help.

May I know if there is an error message or an error code when using the Camera App?

    Kindly confirm:

    > Does you laptop has a physical switch button to turn on camera? If so, have you turn it on already?

    > Please test the Webcam using different application. Please go to https://webcamtests.com with your web browser and click Test my Cam.

    > Did you download the latest Windows Update for your PC already?

I'll be waiting for your response.

    ~ Lee

Image device items are scanner cameras not photo cameras.
