Folder size \Temp\UnifiedContent over 20GB

Hi

My exchange 2013 box has over 20GB in C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\TransportRoles\data\Temp\UnifiedContent

I read here that we can delete files older 1 month, is this correct?

Is there a way to clear and prevent this folder to grow so much?

    You can use that script in the article you linked and create a scheduled task to run daily/weekly/monthly to clear those

    Have you changed the default queue directory?
