Reset Input Device

Check this section if you can see that device:

Settings > System > Sound > Under related Settings, click on Sound Control Panel.

This should show all device's related to your playback devices.

I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor. I understand that you set your headphone a headset which lead for your built-in microphone now to work properly when connected.

Have you checked your device's settings if it's there?

Press Windows key + I to open Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices

On this section you should see the list peripherals on your device. Check if it's listed there then click on it then click the Remove button. Then set it up once again.

You can also check your sound devices.

Press Windows key + I to open Settings > System > Sound > Click on Manage sound devices.

Or remove it from Device Manager then install it again.

Press Windows key + R, type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.

Look under Audio inputs and outputs or Sound, video and game controllers. Once you found the headphone, right-click then uninstall.

Restart your device, then reconnect the headphones.

I hope this helps.

Go to Device Manager (right click the Windows icon) Audio input and output and see if you can make the changes.

Click Properties > Change settings > Click the Driver tab > Uninstall Device. Restart your device.

After restarting connect your headphone and see if it will automatically detect the installation

If not, then go back to to Device Manager to install it again.

Press Windows key + R, type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.

Right-click on Audio inputs and outputs, select Scan for hardware changes.

I checked everywhere you mentioned but still cant find one..

It only shows me in-PC realtek audio devices and not my headphones..
