2020-04-05T19:03:59+00:00 Hi Mike,
This is Wil, one of the independent advisor, an expert with Windows 10 and a fellow Windows 10 user like you. I understand your concern about Background page black.
There a couple of reason why you're internet background is black. I would advise you to provide us first a screenshot that shows your issue so we can understand it better and provide you a working solution for it. For now, if you are using Edge, you may check if Dark Theme is enabled. https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/453331...
I hope my suggestions help you. If you need further assistance please do reply back and I will respond as quickly as possible. Have a nice day.
Thanks,
Wilfred P.

2020-04-05T19:44:48+00:00 Well Mike since you mentioned that it is normal in Google Chrome, it only means that the browser that you are using is in Dark Mode or Dark Theme. You may follow the instruction that I provided above for Microsoft Edge.

If you're in dark mode even when your browser is closed, then you're using Windows' own dark mode. In that case, just follow lacrumb's advice.
