Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller, Can't uncheck "Allow the device to wake the computer"

I'm having issues with my Windows 10 PC waking by itself. I went to the Device Manager and found that the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller box  "Allow the device to wake the computer" is checked, but it's grayed out so I can't uncheck it. Can this controller be causing my PC to keep waking? If so, is there any way to uncheck the allow to wake box? I did do a search, but couldn't find a isolation.

Thanks. I think I found a solution. If you check "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" box, that will allow you to uncheck  "Allow the device to wake the computer". Since I've done that, I have had no more problems. I'll keep my fingers crossed!

    Hi M22_Tanker,

I'm an Independent Advisor and consumer of Microsoft products just like you. Let me help you with your concern.

Have you checked your BIOS for Wake up on LAN option?

    Try to toggle it off.
