hi, ive had this error for a few months now and no matter what I do or advice I follow nothing seems to work, ran everything as admin too

thnanks im currently waiting on it too finish installing, checking for updates now but its been on 14% for awhile now
also had a adivisor send this however none of the links worked, i could only do stage 1 of the disabling and the renaming of the registary file

**PERFORM WINDOWS UPDATE-**

**PAUSE WINDOWS UPDATE-**
Press Windows logo + I on the keyboard to open Settings.
Click Update & Security.
Click on Windows Update in the left pane.
On the right click on Advanced options.
On the new screen, toggle the Pause updates to ON.
**DISABLE WINDOWS UPDATE-**
Step 1: Disable Windows Update Service.
Press Windows logo + R on your keyboard.
Type services.msc and press Enter.
Scroll down to Windows Update, and double-click it.
In Startup type, select "Disabled". Then click "Apply" and "OK" to save the settings.
Step 2: Change the Setting of the Group Policy Editor
Press Windows logo + R on your keyboard.
Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
Navigate to the path : Computer Configuration" > "Administrative Templates" >
"Windows Components" > "Windows Update".
Double-click "Configure Automatic Updates".
Select "Disabled" in Configured Automatic Updates on the left.
Click Apply and "OK" to disable the Windows automatic update feature.
**NOTE :**Suggest you to restart the Windows Update in Services and enable the Configure Automatic Updates option under Group Policy Editor once your purpose is served, your computer needs to be up to date.

**INTEL RST (iastora.sys) STABILITY PROBLEM WITH WINDOWS-**
Press Windows logo + R on the keyboard.
Type or copy paste the below command in the RUN dialogue box :
C:\Windows\System32\drivers
Click OK, Drivers folder will open up.
Look for the file name - iastora.sys.
Right click on it and select Rename.
Rename it to iastora.sys.old.
Close the window.
Restart the computer and check if you are able to perform windows update.

Try updating to 1909 using Media Creation tool and if it fails let us know.
