Dear Sir,
Some of my keys from the keyboard are not working, so i was using screen keyboard. Since last evening my desktop screen is blacked with a pop up message that my desktop is unavailable. I tried to do the start up repair and my system is asking for my account password. But i am not able to enter my password as some keys are not functioning and onscreen keyboard option is not available in startup repair. Kindly advise how to resolve.

You neeed to get an external USB keyboard.
