In Win 10 Used Run >"format /FS:FAT32 E:" to try and change the file system on a 64 GB mico  SD card version 10 from exFAT to FAT32.  It ran for about 15 minutes form 0 to 100% but format did not change?

I would think that the camera has a format function built into it. In fact, I checked the manual and using the app on your phone, under Storage Status there is an option to format the card while it is in the camera. See page 32 of the User Manual. https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/articles/3...

    Hi Brian,

It is for an Amcrest Door Bell camera that requires FAT 32 to use the SD card to save recordings.

Try formatting it as NTFS to see it that works. Most SD cards I've purchased come preformatted. Why do you need to format it? Will you be using it only in the PC?
