    Autoruns my favorite tool too.

Best way to start your learning curve with it,  this is start using it with a fresh installed OS.

Soon you will discover entries referring to Sound card , graphic card, printer toolbox applications.

Autoruns this is diagnostic for experts with several years  of experience.

Autoruns is a great tool for someone who really understands a lot about how Windows works.  You must be very cautious you do not remove a program from the startup that is critical to Windows operations.

Hint:  Look for programs that come from non-Microsoft sources.  If you are not certain, do not uncheck it.

A lot of Programs under their Tools > Options have an option to "start when Windows starts" which you can uncheck too

For which Programs you have starting at Startup, we don't know what you have installed, but you will know what is installed and what you require to start at Startup:
