Teams is filling my drive. what can i delete from AppData\Local\Teams folders

I would like to get some insight on what's being stored under

AppData\Local\Teams and what folders are OK to delete.

    @clane ,

    It isn’t suggested to delete %localappdata%\Microsoft\Teams folder because it stores Microsoft Teams configuration files. When you delete this folder, Microsoft Teams application will be delete as well.

    You can clear the client cache to release your drive. Deleting any file in the following folders:

    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\databases
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\GPUcache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\tmp
