How to get 1920x1080?

I just bought a Dell Inspiron i5 running windows 10.

I have noticed that my icons are very large and windows are just bulky in comparison to other models that I've used in the past. I went into display settings and could only find 1366x768 for my recommended display. No matter what i do or try to update nothing works. Does anyone understand or even know how to bring up 1920x1080 or is it impossible.

It gave me Intel HD-Graphics 620 which i already have.

I tried to install it to see if it would act as an update but it gave me an error window which said "This installation package is not supported by this processor type."

In my device manager my display driver is Intel HD-Graphics 620.

My problem is that i cant even see an option for 1920x1080 resolution.

I just found out that i ended up having the HD version of the Dell Inspiron and not the FHD that supports 1920x1080 Resolution. So the Hd 1366x768 Resolution is the most my laptop can go no matter what driver is installed. I am so sorry for wasting your time and Thank you so much for helping me out. I wish i would have found that out earlier, but you know google. Can't find the right answers for jack. Thanks for your time though.

    Hello!

I'm your Independent Advisor for today. Let's figure this out and come up with a solution.

Please use the Dell support app to detect your PC and install drivers for the graphics device:

    https://www.dell.com/support/home/ph/en/phbsd1/...

You can also check the specs of the computer and determine the graphics card, then go to the manufacturer's website to manually install the driver.

    Hope this helps.

Completed a Factory Reset and noticed i had Microsoft basic graphics drive. I then proceeded to the Intel Website and downloaded the Intel (R) Graphics 620 and still have a 1366x768 Resolution option and no 1920x1080 option appears on my Resolution Tab.
