Follow the steps to do that:

Open the Windows File Explorer> Go to C:/> Open the Windows.Old folder> Go to the System32 folder> Search for the WMVCORE.DLL> Copy WMVCORE.DLL file>Paste the copied WMVCORE.DLL file to the System32 folder. Open the program which was giving the WMVCORE.DLL missing error in Windows 10 error. Restart the system.

 i was follow your structure already but i didn't see WMVCore.DLL in System32. so how should i do ? 

 my WINDOW is WINDOW 10 ENTERPRISE N
