Hi,

I'm about to throw this new system out the window because of Windows 10.  All I want to do is change my privacy settings.  I can't unless I log into my Windows Account.  Everytime I try to, it wants me to verify who I am by sending me an email and me entering the code from the email  But it won't send the email to my own email account but to a different one?  WHY  WHY   WHY????????  I even tried to send it to my wife's email account but it takes forever to come through or not at all.

Update to the above issue.  In trying to log into my Windows account, it keeps wanting to send a code to my email account but will not accept the only email account I have.  See example below:

    Where can we contact you?

We'll send you an email to verify that you have access to it.

That email address is already associated with your account. Please enter a different email address.
