I have this version win10 pro installation dvd, I install on my pc but I can't activate my pc.

I don't know why. I don't understand "OEI".

I have contacted microsoft support staff and told my key and they give a feedback. These keys is valid. I will wait for their further reply.

I don't know where these DVD purchase from?

The enclosure are photos. Five PCs can activate. Today I change another KEY, but the issue is still.

I understand you have never used those keys, someone may have used those keys before you, I do hope Microsoft can verify those licence keys for you and you can activate your Windows 10 . . .

Those OEI licence may have been used before, without knowing where those came from it would be hard to decide if the disks and licences are legitimate or if they have been used before

If the licence keys have been used before, because those licences are OEI, they cannot be used again because they are not full retail licence . . .

An OEI licence is basically a small system builders licence, where did you purchase that licence and what us the exact error you are seeing when you enter the product key for that licence to activate it?

Did you purchase that licence online and if so, was that very much cheaper than the price Microsoft charge for a Pro licence?
