I am getting the above error, but I cannot read the full message to figure out which program is causing it specifically.

All I can read is:

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.Microsoft...

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Jim

    Hi Jaud,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

First you try performing a clean boot to solve this issue.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135...

If the above step doesn't fix the problem run the SFC or DISM scan to check if there are corrupter files within your device and fix it.

You can also try running in Safe mode and check if the issue still persist.

    Hope it helps.

Thanks for your help, when I log on as an Administrator, the error does not pop up after running the Clean boot, but if I login under my profile it continues to pop up.  Should I try the Clean boot under my login?

    Thanks again
