    Hi,

I managed to solve this issue.

    Go to Settings > Display:

On the 'Make Text Bigger' section, take the indicator all the way to the left. The pop up screen should finally show the whole content.

Slowly increase the indicator to the right until the Text is big enough for you to read comfortably. However, if it reverts back to the same problem when you increase the text size, you'll just have to reduce it.

    Hope this makes sense :)

Ah!!! finally figured out myself the cause of this issue. It is to do with the customized themes used. Its very tricky. Tried all font, resolution, etc..but still no luck .on a hunch reverted back to the original windows theme and freaking thing started to work. Happy for self resolution to getting this solved!!!!

Evelyn, thanks for the response. I did follow and did not help. The problem is not with the bluetooth recognizing the device, but the pop-up control "Pair Device" when shows on the screen does not display buttons Allow or Cancel. the pop-up control is displaying properly. This happened all of a sudden since last few months. Please see the screenshot I have attached.

Hello, tried all the above and still not fixed. I am unsure why that Pair a device window/pop-up not showing the buttons "Allow" and "Cancel". I am stumped...Any other solutions without suggesting a full re-installation of windows?
