cant connect to my roku device .
BlueSoleil bluetooth device connects fine but then all of a sudden goes to sleep
My bluetooth device connects and whether I walk away for five minutes or I'm in the middle of using it, it all of a sudden disconnects or goes to sleep. If I click on the bluetooth button in the bottom right corner it automatically reconnects without having to actually press the "turn on bluetooth" button. All drivers are updated. I checked the events log and there is an error for every time the bluetooth device disconnected. These are the two errors that come up:
The Service Control Manager error details come up as "The BlueSoleilCS service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 7 time(s)."
And the Application Error details come up as "Faulting application name: BlueSoleilCS.exe, version: 7.0.348.0, time stamp: 0x4cc649d6
Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x494c4255
Faulting process id: 0x564
Faulting application start time: 0x01d612981744048a
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\IVT Corporation\BlueSoleil\BlueSoleilCS.exe
Faulting module path: unknown
Report Id: bbfa9b09-7e8c-11ea-853e-001583f46b3d
Faulting package full name:
Faulting package-relative application ID:"
Anyone know how to fix this?
Thank you,
Nicole
