    Yes Lee ,

I have this driver and tried it before, also I tried it now but without success. This is driver from Sony support for (windows 8 64 bit , file name : "EP0000600531.exe")

After running ( as an administrator) , starting with extracting , start DETECT DEVICE ...nd nothing happening...

Also find and tried before and also again now with driver from sony for (windows7 64bit , file name :  "EP0000600139.exe")  After runnind( as an administrator) , starting with extracting , start DETECT DEVICE ...and sptop with message :  Ricoh USB camera update "The camera device not found"  - look at the screenshot

I tried these 2 possibilities in 2 situations ; first situation (with uninstaled the existing driver -camera does not exist in Device manager) and second situation (when camera is existing in Device Manager with current windows driver ---with these driver details)  look at the screenshot

All the time the existing Antivirus and real protection in comp I was turned OFF.

Definitely the driver that windows 10 puts automatically is wrong and the camera doesn't work

I will write to Sony support and wait to see what they say as Iacrumb advises me .

Any other advise ?  except new - fresh install windows 10 ?

I want to mention that the camera worked when I did a first - fresh installation of windows 10 about 2 years ago

Im Waiting from you , thanks a lot.

Hi, I cannot find one for Windows 10. Would you please try this instead:

    https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/downlo...

    Click the Blue download button.

Go to Sony and ask them for the proper driver.

    Yes Lee ,

    I know about this.

    I was reading before .

    I was try just now.

    Unfortunatelly camera still no working.

When I make the test :  https://webcamtests.com  the camera was "detected" every times  but no working. Im seeing only black screen .

I mean that the actual driver is problem. But I cant found another driver to try.

The hardware information from Device Manager for the camera you can see in  screenshots:

I beleive that I need another driver ....  USB ??  and to install it like imaging devices ??

    What you mean ?
