Windows 10 not detecting HTMI monitor Audio

I have a BenQ GW2480 minitor and my windows 10 is not even detecting its audio for some reason. Its not a hardware issue because as show as I plug my monitor into another computer it automatically detects it as a sound option in my out devices.

I have try system restore, running trouble shooter etc, but its driving me crazy! Your help would be much appreciated! Thank you so much!

    Thanks for your helpful but it doesn't seem to be working, the only way I can get sound is if I use a USB speaker, it doesn't seem to detect my HTMI speaker at all. I have tried those solutions that you attached but none of them solved it. 

    I have attached a screen shot of what playback sound shows

    Please let us work together to find a solution for this concern.
