model number for laptop

How can I find the model number for my Microsoft Windows 10X PRO laptop?  There is no label on the bottom and when I look into the system Model it says "Default String"?

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    I understand that you are looking for the model number of your laptop. I’ll certainly assist you with the details.

    Ideally, the model number of the laptop is printed at the back of the laptop along with the branding and the serial number.

    However, you can also use a simple run command to get the model number and other system details. Press Windows logo key + R, type msinfo32 and click on OK. You will find all the details.
