Broken microphone after installing a voice changer

i installed a voice changer (clownfish) and after failing to make it work i uninstalled the program and now my microphone is extremely quiet, like i have to YELL to get anyone to hear me. ive tried uninstalling everything and everything ive seen online hasn't worked :(

    1. Right-click on the Volume icon in the Taskbar.
    2. Click on Open Sound settings.
    3. Scroll down to select Sound Control Panel under Related Settings.
    4. Go to Recording tab and double-click on your recording device.
    5. Go to Enhancementstab and tick Disable all sound effects.
    6. Apply.
    7. Also check the Levels tab to ensure optimal volume.

    Regarding your audio issue, I would like to confirm with you, could you run the Audio Troubleshooter ?

    Please click on the Start button, type troubleshoot, and then select Troubleshoot. To follow the procedure, please select Playing Audio > Run the troubleshooter.
