My pc will not update past the listed version in the subject line. It continues to fail to install no matter which way I attempt to install the update. I have been having issues for quite some time even back when the feature update was 1803. My computer had not been in use for at least a year since the many failed attempts to update to 1803. I have tried using the windows update tool to upgrade now, created an ISO and mounted the file to proceed with the update, I have burned a copy to DVD and tried the update, and used windows update as well. I have ran the windows update troubleshooter, ran sfc /scannow with no violations found. I have also ran dism to check and restore the health of updates on my system and nothing returns an error.
What I find odd is also during viewing the setup error logs is that Microsoft appears to be trying to install some drivers for AMD64 and I'm running an Intel system. In the past I was running a RAID 5 build on 4 drives and couldn't install the 1703 update after migrating my operating system to a 500 GB SSD from the RAID that was running on 2TB drive setup. I had to migrate the OS back to the original drive setup in order to make the update install. Now each my computer restarts to install the updates either with update and shutdown or just restart it will get as far as 27% reboot then says it's undoing the changes to my computer. When you look in windows update history it says it either failed to install updates or windows needs to restart to finish installing updates. I have checked my manufacturer website for the latest updates for my board and internal hardware and nothing is there to update since 2017. Windows when checking the drivers for updates says all the key drivers needed to connect to the internet, chipset, firmware, network card all have the best driver installed. I have also ran verifier by name to test all non-windows drivers and it has not returned any issues or crashed due to a driver issue. Please someone help, I have been trying this day after day and like I said have not been able to install any feature updates since 1703 when Microsoft was notifying everyone at the time that in order to continue to receive updates you would need to install a specific security update. I ran windows defender to make certain that there isn't an issue with updating virus definitions to the program. I don't have any other anti-virus installed on my computer other than Windows Defender. Please see below my errors and a screenshot of my system setup.

2020-05-06T17:45:48+00:00 Actually I had disabled the RAID in the BIOS already and disconnected the drives but I continue to have issues installing 1903. I did it a long time ago. Is there somewhere else that I should go to disable it? I'm not even running the intel rapid storage software or service. I had completed disabled all non-Microsoft services and disabled everything in my startup.

sorry for the delay but I had to run the update once again to generate the files you requested fro the windows BT folder. This time my error message I received is 0x80070057 -0x2000A The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT operation. That's actually the one that I have been getting each time I use the ISO image and open it up with explorer. I will mention that I have to use the open with explorer option as windows doesn't have the mount option for a virtual DVD drive. The Rollback logs: These usually are created if Windows Update rolls back. Files named Setupact.log and Setuperr.log from the following path C:$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback
[Only if the error code is 0xC1900101-0x30018] The Device Install Log from C:/$Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupapi\setupapi.dev.log

As the log size might be large consider zipping everything before uploading.
