Because of this I often can not use some applications such visual studio and chrome at a same time or I can't play games. I searched through google and youtube but thoes websites telling to turn of defender or do something in the registry editor(setting value 0, I don't know much). This program didn't appear before, for the couple of day I am facing this problem. Please help me how can I turn it of?😭

I just noticed, do you also have McAfee Security installed on your PC?

135MBout of 4GB for Defender is not a whole lot to be honest, try trimming down your Startup applications

Turn off all unnecessary startup applications and processes:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager

    Click on the Startup Tab

See any non-essential items are listed there

If so, select and click 'Disable'

    Close Task Manager

Click your Start Button, type msconfig and hit Enter

When the System Configuration dialog opens, click on the Services Tab

Check the box marked 'Hide Microsoft Services'

In the remaining list, see any non-essential items are listed there, uncheck any you find

    Click Apply and OK

Turn off all unnecessary Background Apps

    Open the Settings App

Go to Privacy - Background Apps

Turn off any App you do not need running in the background

    Restart your PC

I ran a offline scan but it didn't fixed that Antimalware Service Executable process. I also ran a full scan, but I saw that full scan didn't complete till 100%, at some point windows defender closed autometically and scan stopped. I also didn't see that offline scan ran till 100%. maybe after 94% the offline scan stopped and mc pc restarted. I think somethimg is interrupting windows defender to scan till 100% and that's why that process is running and running. I didn't saw that before, I reset my pc but still this process is running

Here is another screenshot while I was typing my reply. Can you please help me out of this? I will buy more RAM but what problem is my defender is facing?😭😭

    Hi BNibir

To be honest, 4GB of RAM is not enough to be running Visual Studio, on its own, let alone with other apps running at the same time . ..

From your screenshot, I don't see processes that could be using up 91% of 4GB of RAM, your RAM usage on Chrome with 16 Processes seems very low, that should be much higher, even when started initially, Chrome should be using 200MB+ of RAM, I have never seen a modern Chrome browser running on 90MB

So I think there is some mis-reporting on your RAM usage . . .

Run a full offline scan with Defender to see if that solves the MsMpEng.exe issue first, then your should cut down as many startup applications as you can to trim down RAM and processor usage, for example VirtualBox is using 15.8% of your processor . . .

Ideally, if there are no applications open on your system the processor should be ticking over at 2 - 3% and your RAM usage on a 4GB system should be approx 50%

and here is the screenshot you asked for, The screenshot was taken while I was reading your comment using google chrome. (I used Visual studio and Chrome at the same time before without any interruption, but the day this process running while I work, my pc frezzes about couple of seconds and Visual studio and Chrome closes autometically)

    Hi BNibir

The best first option is, when you are finished with your PC some evening, run a full offline scan with Defender, sometimes Defender will go into a loop and doing that will clear the loop. Please don't do as advised on those websites, you need your PC protected . . .

How much total RAM do you have on your PC?

Both Visual Studio and any browser like Chrome are very resource hungry and will consume large amounts of RAM, typically Chrome could use anywhere between 300MB and 1GB of RAM

    Close all open applications

Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift +Esc)

On the Processes Tab, click the Memory Column Header, so that arrow faces down

Please provide a screenshot of that processes tab . . .
