Having trouble seeing all my Instagram photos on my laptop

I just recently started having an issue where I can now only see my most recent 12 Instagram photos on my laptop.

I have over 500 photos on Instagram and have always been able to view all of them on my laptop.

But now when I go on google chrome and type in my Instagram name  only the most recent 12 photos appear

and below on the bottom left of my screen it says ' failed to load " and on the far right bottom of my screen it says ' retry ".

But when I hit the ' retry ' button nothing happens.

Does anyone have any idea how I might be able to fix this ?

I tried looking online and can't find any info on this type of issue.

FYI...all my Instagram photos appear on my iphone so it's only on my laptop that I'm having this issue.

Thank you!

Jim

You can check if you have not a spyware with these two programs.

    AdwCleaner : https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

    Malwarebytes : https://malwarebytes.com/

    Hi Marco,

I just did this but I'm still having the same issue as before.

I'll play around with it some more and see if I can get this resolved.

Thank you for steering me in the right direction !

    Jim
