Myself Deepak I'm talking about my Dell Inspiron 15-3576 Laptop everything is fine except Direct X issue.... I really don't know from where I can download latest version of Direct X. All games run smoothly on my system except fifa (both 18 n 19 version) it will get stuck and will be having lots of lags which is not tolerable all time... I've tried to update windows but still the error persists. Kindly help me how to download and install Direct X 12 game run component... As it shows Direct X 12 in my intel settings also when I open Dxdiag it displays Direct X 12 but im unable to see whether Direct X 12 is installed in my system.... Please help me asap

So it shows that your Laptop has not really have high RAM as what i have researched for the minimum system requirements for FIFA 18 and FIFA 19. although your i3 7th gen was good enough to run that game but you really need to buy an additional RAM card for you to run the FIFA 18 and FIFA 19 smoothly.
Can I purchase it separately from outside vendor (4 GB) what I mean is any way 4 gb of ram is installed on the system if I add 4 gb more of ram will Fifa 18 n 19 run smoothly without any lags, stuttering etc....??? Is my Graphics Card is fine ??

yes you can run it more smoothly than before. sure you can buy an additional 4gb ram to be able to make your laptop's RAM an 8gb.
