I would try uninstalling the Intel Driver & Support Assistant utility and see if the error goes away.
The User Energy Server Service queencreek service errors in event viewer
Hi,
In my windows event viewer i get a set of errors with event ID 7000 & 7009 for a service called "User Energy Server Service queencreek".
The errors are as follows:
Event ID 7000:
The User Energy Server Service queencreek service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
Event ID 7009:
A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the User Energy Server Service queencreek service to connect.
I tried to start the service manually and get essentially the same error; that the service could not start in a timely fashion.
What is this service and why does it try to run so often throughout the day?
Thanks

My name is Jon and I am an independent technical adviser. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues and I would really like to help you find a resolution.
Energy Server Service is linked to Inter Driver Update Utility and Intel Energy Checker. It is not recommended to disable this service as it may cause errors.
I would recommend checking for an update to this software and driver relevant to your computer's hardware.
Hope this helps.

2020-04-30T21:38:36+00:00 Hi Jon,
Unfortunately I have updated the system using the intel system support utility for Windows, as well as the Lenovo vantage system updat utility.
This is a brand new Lenovo P53s system.
Is there anything else you can think of?
Thanks,
