Roblox not responding.

Yes, I know I play Roblox please set that aside. I have been playing for a while now without any issues. Now for some reason almost every time I go to join a game it stops responding. It only happens for some games also, like some games are fine others aren't. My internet has never been better I don't get it. Sometimes it happens as soon as I log in or others like maybe a minute after I join the game. I am a noob with computers so if you can put it in dummy terms that would be a great help. I need this fixed as soon as possible because I have an important role in a group and if it keeps losing connection I could get demoted. If you have any answers please tell me.

    Hi Brodie, I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, and Volunteer Moderator, here to help you.

    Try resetting Roblox in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Roblox > Advanced Options > Reset and Repair.

    If that's not enough then Uninstall Roblox from same place, restart PC, then reinstall from MS Store Hub (three dots at top right of Store app) > My Library.

    One of those should do it. But if not, since it happens in other games go over this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

    Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

    Update your drivers and BIOS/UEFI firmware from PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page, using the full model number, Serial Number or Dell Service Tag on sticker. Compare the latest drivers available for download with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. Make sure you have the latest BIOS or UEFI firmware, Chipset, Display (Video), Sound, USB3, Bluetooth, Network and all other drivers, or else download and install the latest now.

    Updating drivers from the Device Manager or Windows Update is rarely enough. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is keep the latest manufacturer's drivers installed from their Support Downloads web page.

    Also I went into apps and advanced options is not there when I click on roblox.

    for some reason roblox will let me into the game but , but in the middle of the game it'll freeze on me , and i've done these over and over and its still not working , i have to play on my phone or tablet just to play , i personally dont know if its just the game or my computor , and yes i've checked for a virus none were found . like i said i personally do not know but i think it might be the game or my computer .
