I keep getting this error message despite running a sfc scan and getting a god report.

Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exe" SHELLEXEC 'C:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPHelper.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.

    Please try installing the Touchpad driver again from the laptop/PC , manufacturer which should resolve the issue. If you need help regarding that, send us the make and model of the same.

    Hi

    Since our last conversation I have done a driver roll back for the touch pad.

    I haven't seen the error prompt as yet but I'd like to still want you to advise me on this other issue.

    I've done a driver update but the error still appears. At this time I have disabled it

    Envy has a lot of models.

    Please share a screenshot of System information. To do so,

    Right-click Start>Run.

    Type in msinfo32 and press enter.

    Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply. Please use Insert Image button in the editor instead of pasting.

    Hi

    Tell the specific info you need because my touch pad is giving me scrolling issues to do a screen grab.

    Also, I did use the image upload from your menu to load the pictures. They weren't paste in the box; they're a file.
