Hi there BalaK3, I will be your Independent Advisor for today, I hope we can both resolve your problem.

Here is how to change your Fonts in Windows 10.

Click on the Start Menu then click on the Gear icon to open up the Windows Settings, please choose Ease of Access, then on the Display, look at the right side , you should be able to toggle the Font slider to your desired size and then click Apply.

Thanks Sir,  your suggestion is good.  I carried out, it only increase the size of the Font. (default)

But the font itself is a very thin type (very light in appearance and it looks as if blurred).  So it is  not easily readable.

What I want is to have a Font which is BLACK OR SLIGHTLY BOLD.

Kindly let me know  how to change the font to become THICK /  bold

or choose another type of font say Ariel, Verdana, etc.

    With regards.

To change the Font itself you will have to modify the Registry which I will not recommend as it may post irreversible damage to your PC.

There is no Windows Settings to change the Font to Arial, Verdana.. etc..

You will have to add a Registry key to do that.

If you really need to change it you may perform it at your own risk.

I would advise creating a system restore point so you can revert back in case of any error that may happen after.

This actually worked on mine as I tried it personally but i notice that my clock changed instead of colon it has a square separating the digits of hour and minutes.
