Otherwise, it could be a bug. What's your Windows 10 version & build? Kindly search/open "winver" to find out.
• If your build is 18362, then kindly install the Windows updates in the link below.

• Otherwise, I suggest running a full Windows Update. Reboot your PC & check if the issue persists.
If that fails, then disable Feedback Hub.
