Windows is saying there is not enough power to supply to this device even though it is a powered usb hub.

The title really says it all windows is saying there isn't enough power to power something that is externally powered.

    I greatly appreciate also your time doing the troubleshooting steps.

    Actually you are correct about that, one of the troubleshooting steps is also to check for possible issue on the power supply unit/item itself, you can do this by trying another way to charge the laptop and if it works on other Power Supply Unit. It could be that the item you have is not compatible or has an underlying issue on its own.

    Thank you for the reply but however this did not fix my problem and as of now I am beginning to think that it is an issue with the item that I am pluging in as I have tried many different solutions but none have been successful.
